MRPS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, SEPTIN4, and SSPN. Each is linked with MRPS7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS7-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS7 versus ZEB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
