MRPS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-626P, DOC2B, and LINC02348. Each is linked with MRPS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS7-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-626P grouped by MRPS7-low versus MRPS7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
