Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS6P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,678 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS6P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, Protein targeting to membrane, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with MRPS6P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS6P4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS6P4 results are reported.
