MRPS6P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS6P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS6P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHD4, HNRNPLL, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with MRPS6P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS6P2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS6P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS6P2 versus CHD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS6P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS6P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
