Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with MRPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS6-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS6 results are reported.
