Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,322 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1B, COLEC12, and NEXN. Each is linked with MRPS5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS5-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5 versus PDE1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
