Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P14, RNU4-58P, and OR6M3P. Each is linked with MRPS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS5-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P14 grouped by MRPS5-low versus MRPS5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
