Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL763P, MIR4499, and CTBP2P3. Each is linked with MRPS36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL763P grouped by MRPS36-low versus MRPS36-high in STAD.
