MRPS35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,939 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, MCM2_S27, and CLUH. Each is linked with MRPS35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35 versus RRM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
