Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS31P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS31P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, GPALPP1, and RBM26. Each is linked with MRPS31P5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS31P5-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS31P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS31P5 versus ZMYM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS31P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS31P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
