Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS31P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,677 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS31P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, UBE2J1, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with MRPS31P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS31P4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS31P4 results are reported.
