Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS30-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPS30-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MRPS30-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS30-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where MRPS30-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
