Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPS27 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MRPS27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where MRPS27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
