MRPS27

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,491 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCA, MSH3, and GEMIN5. Each is linked with MRPS27 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS27 versus TBCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
