Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,905 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, Defense response to bacterium, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with MRPS27 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS27 results are reported.
