MRPS25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, DHX30, and KIAA1143. Each is linked with MRPS25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS25-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS25 versus TOP2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
