MRPS25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA10P, ATP5F1AP8, and MTND5P23. Each is linked with MRPS25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS25-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA10P grouped by MRPS25-low versus MRPS25-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
