MRPS25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS25 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are aDC, CD8+ naive T-cells, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with MRPS25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS25-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, aDC grouped by MRPS25-low versus MRPS25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
