MRPS22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PCNA, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MRPS22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by MRPS22-low versus MRPS22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
