The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MRPS21P8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS21P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LUSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, CESC, and GBM are the cancer types where MRPS21P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
