MRPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,839 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, SUPT16H, and STRBP. Each is linked with MRPS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS2 versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
