The most reproducible MRPS18AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with MRPS18AP1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS18AP1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS18AP1 results are reported.
