The most reproducible MRPS16P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide transport, Response to ketone, and Sphingolipid metabolic process. Each is linked with MRPS16P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS16P3-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS16P3 results are reported.
