Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS16P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPS16P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MRPS16P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS16P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where MRPS16P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
