MRPS16

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, PCNPP4, and SERPINA13P. Each is linked with MRPS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS16 results are reported.
