MRPS15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,635 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA2, MCM6, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with MRPS15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS15 versus KPNA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
