Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1174P, FAM197Y5, and RNU6-1031P. Each is linked with MRPS15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1174P grouped by MRPS15-low versus MRPS15-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
