Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,618 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, GMFG, and GIMAP6. Each is linked with MRPS14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS14 versus FHL5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
