MRPS14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, POLDIP3, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with MRPS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 grouped by MRPS14-low versus MRPS14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
