Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p90 RSK, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with MRPS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS14-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MRPS14-low versus MRPS14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
