MRPS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM2_S139, and MCM4. Each is linked with MRPS12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS12-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS12 versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
