MRPS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLAT, MAT1A, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with MRPS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS12-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLAT grouped by MRPS12-low versus MRPS12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
