MRPS11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6870, TAF9, and MIR8071-1. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6870 grouped by MRPS11-low versus MRPS11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
