MRPS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 861 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP73-AS2, MIR4689, and RNU2-47P. Each is linked with MRPS10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP73-AS2 grouped by MRPS10-low versus MRPS10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
