Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, 7-methylguanosine RNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Each is linked with MRPS10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS10-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS10 results are reported.
