MRPL58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL58-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU4-16P, and RNU6-40P. Each is linked with MRPL58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL58-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by MRPL58-low versus MRPL58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL58→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
