MRPL55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, C1orf35, and TSR1. Each is linked with MRPL55 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL55-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL55 versus PARP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL55→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
