MRPL55

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL55-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, MTA2, and CHEK1. Each is linked with MRPL55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL55-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 grouped by MRPL55-low versus MRPL55-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL55→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
