MRPL51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM6, NOP2, and CCNB1. Each is linked with MRPL51 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL51-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51 versus MCM6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
