MRPL51

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL51 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,631 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL51-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, AOC3, and PTGIR. Each is linked with MRPL51 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL51-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
