MRPL51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,695 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and V(D)J recombination. Each is linked with MRPL51 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL51-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle grouped by MRPL51-low versus MRPL51-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
