MRPL49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,986 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIP1, ARPC5, and NAA40. Each is linked with MRPL49 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL49-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 versus STIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL49→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
