MRPL49

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL49 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,859 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL49-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, MT-CO2, and FYN. Each is linked with MRPL49 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL49-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 versus ZEB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL49→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
