Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL49-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02503, H4C7, and RNU1-35P. Each is linked with MRPL49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL49-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02503 grouped by MRPL49-low versus MRPL49-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL49→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
