MRPL49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,067 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL49-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2G, OTUB1, and SF3B2. Each is linked with MRPL49 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL49-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 versus POLR2G in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL49→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
