Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,446 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with MRPL49 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL49-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by MRPL49-low versus MRPL49-high in BREAST.
