MRPL48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL48-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf66, H3P15, and RNU6-1300P. Each is linked with MRPL48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL48-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C7orf66 grouped by MRPL48-low versus MRPL48-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL48→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
