Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL45-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEF2C, C7, and RECK. Each is linked with MRPL45 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL45-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL45 versus MEF2C in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL45→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
