Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL44-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMFBP1, COX5BP8, and RN7SL294P. Each is linked with MRPL44 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL44-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMFBP1 grouped by MRPL44-low versus MRPL44-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL44→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
