Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,372 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of centriole replication, tRNA metabolic process, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with MRPL42 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL42-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL42 results are reported.
